Ashghal, the public works authority, has announced a temporary restriction on traffic in all directions at Al Badi Interchange. The road will be completely closed for six weeks from Sunday, April 12, 2026, until 10am on Friday, May 29. Ashghal said on its official social media page that the restriction is part of ongoing maintenance work on the sewage pipeline.
