Qatar’s Health Centers’ Ramadan Hours Announced

The Primary Healthcare Corporation (PHCC) has announced the working hours of its health centers during Ramadan. Most of the 31 centers will operate in two shifts: 9am to 2pm and 4pm to 12am. Al Wakra HC will operate continuously from 9am to 12am.

Family medicine and support services will be available at 26 health centers in South Wakra, Al Mashaaf, Al Thumama, Airport, Umm Ghuwailina, etc. Dental care services will be available at these centers from 7am to 12pm. Al Qarana HC will operate from 9am to 2pm and from 4pm to 9pm, while Al Jumailiya HC will be open from 9am to 12pm and from 8pm to 10pm. Al Kaaba HC and Legwairiya HC will operate from 9am to 2pm only.

Weekend services:

Al Wakra HC will provide family medicine (9am to 12pm) and dental services (9am to 2pm and 7pm to 12pm).

19 centres including Airport, Al Mashaaf, Al Thumama, Omar Bin Al Khattab, Al Sadd, etc. will operate from 9am to 2pm and 7pm to 12pm. Dental care will also be provided at these centres during the same hours.


Al Ruwais HC will provide dental services on Saturday (7am to 12pm), Al Khor HC on Friday (7pm to 12pm) and Saturday (morning and evening).


Al Sheehaniya HC will provide dental care from 9am to 2pm.
9 centres including South Al Wakra, Umm Ghuwailina and Al Waab will be closed on weekends.

Emergency Care:

Al Ka’ban HC and Al Qarana HC will provide emergency services.

12 health centres including Al Ruwais, Umm Salal, Mu’aithar, Al Mashaf, Al Sadd and Libaib (for adults and children) will provide emergency care 24/7. Other health centres such as Rawdat Al Khail and Abu Bakr Al Siddiq will only provide services for adults.

The Community Call Centre (16000) will be available 24/7 for medical consultations.
