Awqaf calls on all Muslims in the State of Qatar to sight the crescent moon of the holy month of Ramadan on Friday evening, the 29th of Sha’ban 1446 AH, corresponding to February 28, 2025.
In a statement issued today, the committee called on anyone who sees the crescent to come to its headquarters, located in the Ministry of Endowments and Islamic Affairs building in the Dafna (Towers) area, to witness it. The committee will meet immediately after the Maghrib prayer.
