In order to facilitate passengers during the holy month of Ramadan, the operating hours of the Doha Metro and Lusail Tram have been changed. The authorities announced that the new timings will come into effect from February 18, 2026 (Ramadan 1).
The revised timings are as follows:
Doha Metro:
- Saturday to Thursday: 5:30 am to 1:30 am.
- Friday: 9:30 am to 1:30 am.
Lusail Tram:
- Saturday to Thursday: 5:30 am to 2:00 am.
- Friday: 2:30 pm to 2:00 am.
The service has been extended until late at night to accommodate the changes in the fasting hours of Ramadan.
