On Thursday, December 18, the Qatar National Day holiday, the Primary Healthcare Corporation (PHCC) announced that 21 of its 31 health centres will be open. On-duty centres will provide family medical services from 7am to 11pm, dental services will be available until 10pm, and Al Jumailiya Health Centre will operate on a 24-hour on-call basis.

PHCC said that 13 health centres will provide 24-hour emergency care services, while seven centres will handle emergency paediatric cases during the holiday. Several specialty clinics, including ophthalmology, dermatology and ENT, will operate at selected centres on a pre-booked appointment basis. The PHCC Community Call Centre (16000) will be available 24/7 to provide medical consultations.
