As part of the Eid al-Adha celebrations, Doha Festival City is hosting a wide range of entertainment and cultural events. The special celebrations, which began on May 20, will continue until June 2. The events are scheduled to take place in various parts of the mall from 2:30 pm to 8:00 pm daily. No tickets are required to participate in these completely free celebrations.

The main cultural events are held in the entertainment area near the South Food Court on the first floor of the mall. There will be Arabic calligraphy from 2:30 pm to 4:00 pm daily, storytelling and poetry recitation from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm. There is also an opportunity to take pictures with falcons from 4:30 pm to 7:30 pm. Traditional crafts workshops for children, such as Sadu Weaving, pottery making, and Qatari Bisht sewing, are also held in this area from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM.

The mall’s Luxury Area is where the main attractions of Eid and weekends will be held. Here, you can enjoy mascot cosplay parades (5:00 PM and 7:00 PM) and special entertainment programs (5:30 PM to 6:30 PM) that attract children. Live Oud and piano music concerts are also organized in the Luxury Area from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM only on Eid days. Doha Festival City provides a great opportunity for locals and expatriates alike to enjoy the Eid festivities.
