More international airlines are resuming their services at Qatar’s Hamad International Airport (HIA), authorities said on Sunday, as part of an expansion of flights to and from Doha. The airport authorities shared the news via the X (X) platform.
The details of the airlines that will start services on various dates according to the new announcement are as follows:
- April 21: Flydubai
- April 22: Air Arabia
- April 23: Oman Air, Tarco Aviation, US-Bangla Airlines, Royal Jordanian
- April 26: Biman Bangladesh Airlines, Middle East Airlines, Nepal Airlines
- April 27: Badr Airlines, Syrian Air
- April 28: Egypt Air, Himalaya Airlines
- May 1: Gulf Air
- May 4: Ethiopian Airlines
- May 16: Kam Air
- July 1: Royal Air Maroc
Hamad Airport authorities stated that the flight services are being operated in cooperation with the relevant authorities and airlines. However, they have also warned that these schedules may change or services may be canceled if unexpected or uncontrollable circumstances arise.
