Qatar’s Public Works Department, Ashghal, has announced a temporary road closure. The road to Weighbridge station between Umm Garan Interchange and Exit 24 will be temporarily closed.
The authorities said the traffic restrictions, which will begin at 2am on Friday, April 2, 2026, will continue until Wednesday, April 8. The total traffic disruption in this area will be for seven days.
The restrictions are in place to complete repairs, including asphalt paving and road markings, on the approach road to Snay Lehmaidi. Motorists should be aware of this information in advance to avoid travel disruption.
