The Qatar International Food Festival (QIFF) 2026, organized by Visit Qatar, highlights culinary innovation and cross-cultural exchange through food. Award-winning chefs from Canada and Mexico are participating in the festival.

Participating chefs include Mexico’s Lupita Vidal and Esdras Ochoa, and Canadian chefs Christian Gosselin, Eric Chong and Andy Hay. Through live performances and presentations on the festival platforms, the chefs will present culinary styles rooted in heritage, sustainability and modern creativity.
