The Public Works Authority (Ashghal) has announced the temporary closure of Khalid Bin Ahmed Interchange Exit 14. This will affect traffic from Salwa Road to East Industrial Road.

The closure will be in effect from 12:00 AM on Thursday, December 25, until 7:00 AM on Saturday, December 27, 2025. Ashghal urged motorists to adhere to the speed limit, use designated diversion routes and use alternative roads during the closure period, as indicated by traffic signs and official advisories.
