The airline confirmed that efforts are underway to restore normal flight operations and assured passengers that support options are available to those affected.

Passengers who have booked tickets for travel on or before June 30, 2025 are eligible for certain benefits:

Date Change: Passengers can reschedule their flights without incurring a change fee. This offer is valid for rebooking until July 15, 2025.

Full Refund: Passengers who no longer wish to travel can request a full refund for their ticket without incurring cancellation fees.
