Lusail Tram

Hours

  • Saturday–Wednesday: 5:30am – 12:00am
  • Thursday: 5:30am – 1:00am
  • Friday: 2:00pm – 1:00am

Routes and Stations

The Lusail Tram consists of four lines: Orange, Pink, Turquoise and Purple, with approximately 25 stations. Main areas:

  • Legthaifiya (Metro Connection)
  • Lusail Stadium
  • Marina, Downtown, Fox Hills, Al Yasmeen, Rawdat Lusail

  • Residential, retail, heritage and business areas

Serves short-distance commuters and tourists in the downtown zone for free

Education City Tram

Hours

  • Saturday–Thursday: 6:00 AM – 10:00 PM
  • Friday: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
  • Trams operate every 5–8 minutes

The Education City Tram, spanning 11.5 km, connects various Qatar Foundation institutions:

  • Qatar National Library
  • HBKU
  • Weill Cornell, Northwestern, and other university campuses
  • Qatar Science & Technology Park (QSTP)
  • Interlinks with the Doha Metro’s Green Line at Education City Station

  • Serves primarily students, staff, and visitors to the Education City complex
