The Ministry of Endowment and Islamic Affairs has opened a new mosque in Mu’aithar Al Wukair.

The Amna bint Muhammad bin Mubarak Mosque is large, covering an area of ​​2,909 square meters. It can accommodate 270 people, including men and women, and has a house for the imam.

The mosque was built with the support of Sheikha Muneera bint Ghanim Al-Thani and her sisters. It is part of the ministry’s plan to build more mosques for Qatar’s growing population as part of Qatar National Vision 2030.

The mosque has a place for ablution, several parking spaces, and special parking for the disabled. It has easy-to-use entrances and exits.
