Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC) has announced its operating hours for the Eid Al Fitr holiday. HMC’s service hours during the Eid Al Fitr holiday are as follows:
All emergency departments, pediatric emergency centers for medical emergencies involving children under 14 years of age, ambulance service for people requiring urgent medical attention, Nezmaq 16060 call center, 16000 government healthcare hotline, etc. will continue to operate 24/7.
All HMC outpatient clinics will be closed from March 30 to April 5. Some outpatient clinics will open on April 6 and 7, and full service will be available across HMC from April 8. Patients with scheduled outpatient appointments during the Eid period will be contacted if there are any changes to their scheduled dates.
The Emergency Consultation Service, accessible via 16000, and the Pharmacy Home Delivery Service (accessible via 16000) will be closed from March 30 and will reopen on April 8.
The National Mental Helpline (accessible via 16000) will be closed for the first three days of Eid.
Therapeutic Dietetics and Nutrition Services (accessible via 16060) will be closed on the first day of Eid and will then open from 7am to 12pm. The Qatar National Blood Donation Center will be closed for the first two days of Eid and will then open from 9am to 9pm. The City Center Mobile Blood Donation Camp will be open daily from 3pm to 8pm.
