The Qatar Meteorological Department reported that temperatures in the country will gradually rise in the second half of March. This is due to the strengthening of the seasonal low pressure in Sudan over the Arabian Peninsula.
The department said that winds this month will be mainly northwesterly. The highest temperature recorded in Qatar in March was 39°C in 1998, while the lowest temperature was 8.2°C in 1984. The average daily temperature in March is 21.9°C.
