The 3rd Hamba Pakistani Mango Exhibition kicked off yesterday at the Eastern Square in Souq Waqif, Qatar. A grand celebration of Pakistan’s rich agricultural heritage, the fair will run until July 18, 2026. The 10-day event, held in a fully air-conditioned tent, will feature 60 exhibitors. Visitors will have the opportunity to see, taste and buy famous Pakistani mangoes such as Sindhri, Chaunsa, Anwar Ratol and other seasonal fruits. The opening ceremony was attended by H.E. Abdulrahman Mohammed Al Nama, representing the Private Engineering Office, and H.E. Mohammed Amir, Ambassador of Pakistan to Qatar.
The fair is organized by the Celebration Committee of the Private Engineering Office in collaboration with the Embassy of Pakistan. More than 30 restaurants and food vendors are participating in the exhibition, which offers a great culinary and cultural experience. A variety of sweets, juices, and ice creams made using mangoes are available here, as well as unique Pakistani dishes. The organizers have also introduced strict laboratory tests for the food products marketed here to ensure the safety of the public. Ambassador Mohammed Amir said that this fair, which showcases the agricultural excellence of Pakistan, the fifth largest mango producer in the world, will help further strengthen the diplomatic and cultural relations between Qatar and Pakistan.
