The Ministry of Transport announced the temporary suspension of maritime activities from 6:00 am on November 4, 2025 to 10:00 am on November 7, 2025. This ban applies to all types of maritime navigation, including leisure, tourism and fishing activities. This also applies to recreational boats, scooters, jet boats, etc.
This decision is part of the security measures for the second World Social Development Summit, which will be held in Doha from November 4 to 6, 2025.
