According to the Qatar Meteorological Department (QMD), Qatar’s coldest morning this month was recorded in Abu Samra, with temperatures dropping to 16°C. Other areas such as Mesaieed, Karana and Turaina also experienced temperatures of around 19°C.
QMD attributed the drop in temperatures to northwesterly winds, with nights across the country remaining mild and daytime temperatures remaining warm. Tonight’s weather will be mild.
Tomorrow, October 27, Abu Samra may record another low of 16°C, while temperatures in Doha are expected to range between 23°C and 31°C. Winds will blow from the northwest and northeast at speeds of 5–15 knots, with strong gusts during the day.
