Gold prices in the Qatari market rose 3.57% this week to $4,026.83 per ounce on Thursday, according to data from Qatar National Bank (QNB). Last Sunday, gold was trading at $3,887.68 per ounce.
Among other precious metals, silver prices rose 1.88% to $48.93 per ounce from $48.02 at the start of the week. Platinum also strengthened, rising 3.40% to $1,667.06 per ounce from $1,612.10 at the start of the week.
