The Public Works Authority (Ashghal) will close two lanes of University Street from Lejbailat Interchange to Television Interchange for maintenance. The closure will begin at 11pm on Saturday, September 20 and will continue until 5am on Thursday, September 25.
During this time, the left turn from Lejbailat Interchange to Al Markhiya Street will be open, but the left turn from Television Interchange to Khalifa Street will be closed. Ashghal advised drivers to use right turns at Lejbailat and Television Interchanges to reach nearby streets and travel to their destinations.
