Great Place to Work® has announced its 2025 Asia’s Best Workplaces list, highlighting 100 companies across the region in large, small and medium-sized categories. The 16 companies operating in Qatar were included this year, based on employee surveys measuring satisfaction, trust and workplace culture.
In the Large category, winners from Qatar are Hilton (#1), DHL Express (#2), Marriott International (#3), BFL Group (#4), Cisco (#5), IHG Hotels & Resorts (#11), Chalhoub Group (#15), Al Mana Restaurants & Food Company (McDonald’s) (#26), Delivery Hero (#34), Alshaya Trading Company (#35), Sephora (#44), AstraZeneca (#55), and GAC (#66).
In the Small & Medium category, three Qatar-based firms made the list: Choice (#14), Carson Logistics W.L.L. Qatar (#34), and Martin-Brouwer (#47). This recognition reflects Qatar’s growing reputation for a strong workplace culture and employee well-being.
