You can use the Ministry of Interior’s Metrash app to report crimes or anything suspicious to the police. The app makes it quick and easy to send this information to the Criminal Evidence and Information Department. This will help the police respond quickly and keep the country safe. The Metrash app has new features and offers more than 200 services to citizens and foreigners in different languages.
How to report a crime:
- Open the Metrash app and click on the security icon in the main menu.
- Select Security Complaint.
- Click on the Department button and select the sixth option, CID (it is between the Community Security Department and the Capital Security Department).
- In the Application Type menu, select Provide Information.
- Select the type of crime you want to report: Vehicle, Person, Establishment, House, or Suspicion of a Crime.
- Add details about what happened, photos, a map, address, phone number, email, etc.
- Click Verify to make sure everything is correct, then Submit.
