Minister of Municipality Abdullah bin Hamad bin Abdullah Al Attiyah issued Ministerial Decision No. (48) of 2025 amending some provisions of Ministerial Decision (247) of 2020. These changes relate to the determination of service fees for public parks across the country.
The revised decision was officially published in the Official Gazette, Issue No. 9 of 2025, on April 13, 2025, and will come into effect the day after its publication.
All relevant authorities are obliged to implement the new provisions. Implementation must take place within the jurisdiction of each authority from the day following its publication.
Revised Park Entry Fees
Al Khor Park:
- QR 15 per person for a full day general admission
- QR 10 for children under 10
- Free entry for people with disabilities
- QR 50 per person for events and festivals
- QR 50 per person for animal feeding
Panda House:
- QR 50 per person for a day general admission
- QR 25 for children under 14
- Free entry for people with disabilities
Other public parks:
- QR 10 per person for general admission
- QR 5 for children under 10
- Free entry for people with disabilities
- QR 30 per person for events and festivals
The move aims to standardise park fees while ensuring inclusion for persons with disabilities, allowing free access to all facilities. The revised structure also reflects different pricing at special events and festivals to accommodate additional services and crowd control.
