The Ministry of Municipality and Seashore Group have launched a new competition called ‘Green Strokes’ to raise environmental awareness among students. The theme of the competition is “Together for a better and cleaner classroom”. All school students can participate.
The aim is to teach students about keeping the environment clean, separating waste and taking care of nature. Students can showcase these ideas through creative artwork.
The project aims to involve the community and help young people learn about leadership, volunteering and starting projects for environmental protection. The competition will run until May 2025. To participate, students must send their artwork as a PDF with their name, school and contact information to Seashore@seashorecycling.com.
A special team will review the entries. The judging will be based on:
- Creativity
- How well the idea is presented
- Clarity of message
- Use of color
- Originality
The winners will be announced later. Prizes will be given to the winners to thank them and encourage them to help the environment.
