The Lusail Sky Festival, organised to celebrate the Eid Al Fitr holiday, kicked off yesterday evening at Al Saad Plaza.
Organised by Visit Qatar in partnership with Qatari Diar, the festival is the largest of its kind in the region, transforming Lusail’s skyline into a dazzling display of light and vibrant colours.
The festival, which will run from April 3 to 5, will feature an array of exciting aerial performances, including international aerobatic displays, precision skywriting, high-speed jet operations and thrilling skydiving stunts.
In addition to the spectacle, the festival will also feature a musical performance, sound and visuals, synchronised with the aerial displays, creating an immersive experience.
On the grounds, families can enjoy a diverse selection of food from more than a dozen food trucks and stalls offering local and international cuisine. Meanwhile, there is also an entertainment theatre featuring live performances, music and fun activities for all ages.
