The Ministry of Labor announced on Platform X that employees of private sector institutions regulated by labor law are entitled to three days of full paid leave on the occasion of Eid al-Fitr. In the note, the ministry extends its congratulations and blessings to everyone on this blessed occasion, and prays that Allah will grant everyone abundant goodness and prosperity during this blessed time.
In addition, the ministry clarified that if an employee is required to work during the Eid holiday, the provisions related to overtime hours and their compensation as stated in Article (74) of the Labor Law will apply.
