Qatar and Thailand have formalized a visa waiver agreement, granting exemptions to individuals holding diplomatic, official, and special passports. The agreement was signed by Qatar’s Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Sultan bin Saad Al Muraikhi, and Thailand’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, Maris Sangkiyampongsa.
