The value of sales contracts registered with the Real Estate Registration Department during the period from January 19 to 23 reached 470,234,818 riyals. Sales contracts for residential units during the same period were 70,635,412 riyals.

The department stated that the list of properties traded included vacant land, residential houses, apartment buildings, commercial buildings, shops and residential units.

The majority of sales were concentrated in the municipalities of Doha, Al Rayyan, Umm Salal, Al Wakrah, Al Dhahyan, Al Khor, Al Dhakira, Al Shamal and Al Shihaniya.
