In this service jointly run by HMC and PHCC, apart from medicines, medical reports and medical equipment are also delivered to homes.

In 2024, HMC delivered 56,436 doses of medicines to households. The service, which was launched in April 2020 during the Covid-19 pandemic, has continued following feedback received from patients. A fee of 30 Riyals is charged for this service

A study that evaluated the satisfaction and opinions of patients who availed home delivery services provided through PHCC health centers was published in the BMJ Medical Journal in October 2024.
