Tickets for the second edition of ‘Match for Hope 2025’, a charity football tournament organized by Qi Life, have become available. The matches will be played on 14 February 2025 at Stadium 974 in Doha.
The event will be held at the Qatar International Media Office. The program is run in partnership with the Education Above All Foundation (EAA). The Supreme Committee, which governs sporting events, is also a partner.
The aim of the competition, which will feature footballers and world-renowned influencers, is to raise funds for educational projects in different countries (Lebanon, Nigeria, Palestine, Syria and Pakistan).
There are also dedicated fan zones for fans, opportunities to meet creators in person, and a live podcast area.
The first Match for Hope in 2024 was a WAN victory with over 34,000 spectators. It was watched by more than 22.5 million viewers online. The competition raised QR 3.2 billion (about $8.8 billion) in funds and supported the education of more than 70,000 children.
The Match for Hope 2025 can be watched live on Al Qassam Sports Channel, Be In Sports and YouTube on 14 February at 8pm.
