The Meteorological Department of Qatar has warned that strong winds, fog, and tides can be expected across Qatar from Thursday, January 9 to Saturday, January 11, 2025.

Strong winds and tides will be seen in the border areas at the beginning of Friday, January 10. The temperature will rise from 14 to 23 degrees Celsius, and in the early stages, there will be snow and frost.

On the morning of Saturday, January 11, the visibility will be low due to fog. The temperature will remain between 14 to 23 degrees Celsius and there will be scattered clouds during the day.

There will be waves up to 1-2 feet high in the border areas on Saturday.

Qatar residents and drivers should take precautions and seek protection from the cold, the Meteorological Department said.
