The Ministry of Endowments and Islamic Affairs has organized a week-long Umrah trip for 43 outstanding scholarship students from 17 different nationalities. This trip will take place at the end of the first semester of 1446 AH / 2024 AD.

The Director of the Da’wah and Religious Guidance Department, Malallah Abdulrahman Al Jaber, said the move is meant to facilitate scholarship students to perform Umrah rituals. Such a program can help develop the faith and values of knowledge besides offering them some psychological support. He said these scholarship students will turn out to be exemplary people after their graduation and become a source of inspiration to others.

The Umrah program is designed to motivate students to achieve academic excellence and inspire them to become distinguished participants in future Umrah programs,” Al Jaber further explained.
