Qatar is expecting a huge increase in passenger arrivals at Doha’s Hamad International Airport until January 5. Additional facilities were provided to the passengers.
The airport has also issued important guidelines to support passengers arriving via Hamad International Airport. Officials said that the damage can be avoided if the fragile items are placed in the center of the hard shell bags, QR codes and flight information display systems are available for information about the baggage belts, and wheelchairs and child seats come separately in Belt A and B.
Bag tags were kept until the baggage was reclaimed and the bags were instructed to be checked. To avoid crowding and security issues, it has been advised to prevent parking of vehicles near the terminal and use a short-term car parking facility if more time is required.
