The Ministry of Home Affairs has launched an updated app Metrash. The Ministry of Home Affairs (MoI) launched the new version of METRASH on Tuesday on the occasion of National Day.
The updated version, with the help of technology, is available on the App Store and Google Play. The upgraded version is more easy to use with artificial intelligence technology and modern digital technologies. More than 440 services are offered in the formulated version ensuring a user-friendly experience while minimizing the steps and ensuring digital security. In addition, it ensures the safety and protection of users’ private and sensitive data.
New features include a new visual identity and a modern interactive interface design. More than 100 new services have been included, including profile, enquiry, security services, appointment booking services, certificates, and modern payment methods such as Apple Pay.
Jasim Al Buhashim Al Said, Director General of Communications and Information Systems and Secretary to the Minister of Interior for Coordination and Follow-up, said that work continues to develop new services and that a revised version will be released soon.
