The fifth edition of the much-awaited Balloon Festival began at Katara Cultural Village. Many people enthusiastically participated in the festival, which began on December 12.

This year’s edition is a significant milestone in the festival’s history, with more than 50 hot air balloons participating from 21 different countries, including Belgium, the United Kingdom, France, Lithuania, Brazil and Spain.

Visit Qatar and Dukhan Bank. The celebrations began with the release of two hot air balloons. The event enthralled visitors with circus parades and laser shows as the balloons rose.

From 4 o’clock in the evening till 10 o’clock in the night, along with the programs on the stage, visitors can see the magical sight of colorful hot air balloons flying in the sky of Qatar.

People can enjoy a variety of performances such as kite flying and carnival games until the 21st of this month.
