FIFA has launched a new app to make it easier for fans to book tickets. On Wednesday, FIFA released the mobile application “FIFA Intercontinental Cup 2024” which allows users to buy tickets or download tickets they have previously purchased.
Fans can log in to the app using the email registered on the FIFA website (FIFA ID). Purchased tickets can be accessed by clicking the [My Tickets] button on the app’s home page or through the Wallet icon at the top right corner.
For those who have purchased more than one ticket for the same match, it is recommended to send the tickets to accompanying guests. This enables each guest to enter the stadium individually. Otherwise, all the guests will have to enter together along with the ticket holder.
To send tickets, click the [Send your ticket(s)] button on the app and provide the email addresses of the accompanying guests.
If a ticket has already been shared with a guest, it must be returned to the ticket owner before it can be shared with someone else.
Only valid tickets will be accepted for entry to the FIFA Intercontinental Cup 2024. Entry will not be granted with confirmation emails received from FIFA.
