Demand for office spaces has increased across key areas in Qatar. Notably, regions like West Bay have seen significant growth in office space rental rates by the end of 2024, according to the report.
The report highlights that the highest rental rates since 2015 were observed this year, attributing the price hike to contract acquisitions led by government or government-affiliated entities.
The report also indicates minimal availability of office spaces in Msheireb Downtown, while available office space in West Bay is expected to shrink to approximately 160,000 square meters, which is over 10% less than the total supply.
In Lusail’s Marina District, researchers anticipate office space availability to reach nearly 130,000 square meters.
